A reminder that the Legal Ombudsman (LeO) address is changing.

The change will go live from Monday, 22 January 2024.

What do you need to do in response to the Legal Ombudsman address change?

You will need to ensure that any reference you make to the Legal Ombudsman’s postal address is updated. This will include:

  • client correspondence,
  • complaints procedures,
  • office manual (if cited in there),
  • any information published online, including websites and social media.

New LeO postal address

From 22 January 2024, all written correspondence should be sent to:

Legal Ombudsman
PO Box 6167
Slough
SL1 0EH

A redirection for all mail being sent to the LeO’s previous PO Box address will remain in place until 16 April 2024, but afterwards mail sent to this address will not reach the LeO.
